Here's Another Great Weight Loss Alternative

A friend of mine recently had super success with a program called Medifast. When I saw his before and after pictures, and saw his “numbers”- both weight loss and blood panels, I was blown away. In only three months, he made significant progress in not only improving his looks, but his health.
Medifast allows you to eat 6 times a day. They provide 5 of the meals, and you fill in with a sixth “lean and green,” consisting of protein and vegetables. It is a healthy, sensible way to manage your weight and your nutrition. Plus, they provide you a strong support system along the way.

I think you will be more than impressed, like I was. Losing weight is a real challenge for most people, so I am always looking for ways to help. Different programs help different people.
